Course Description
This course is a one-semester introduction to the methods
and concepts of the physical universe. In this course, we
attempt to answer questions about how and why things move.

Homework will be assigned as necessary in class.

These times, dates, and coverages are still tentative. Please
note that except for excused medical absences, THERE WILL
BE NO MAKE UP EXAMINATIONS! ANY EXAMS THAT YOU MISS WILL BE
GRADED AS A ZERO.

48% of total grade from four hourly exams (4 x 12% each)
20% of total grade from Final Exam
22% of final grade from Homework
10% of final grade from Class Participation
